We wish to add that the Mus dunni cell line referred to in this paper is that described in MR Lander and SK Chattopadhyay, A Mus dunni cell line that lacks sequences closely related to endogenous murine leukemia viruses and can be infected be ecotropic, amphotropic, xenotropic, and mink cell focus-forming viruses, J Virol, 1984, 52:695.
