HIV-1 resistance of XHR transgenic macrophages: Control nontransduced (â—†), GFP-alone (â– ), and XHR (â–²) transduced CD34+ derived macrophages were challenged with (A) X4-tropic NL4-3 and (B) R5-tropic BaL-1 strains of HIV-1. p24 ELISAs were performed on culture supernatants taken at various time points post-infection. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
